1800 Tonne Hydraulic Press Refurbishment METSO Australia
Reprogrammed and rewired 1800 tonne hydraulic Press with new switchgear, upgraded safety circuit to latest Category 4 safety, replaced old Siemens S7-300 PLC with latest generation Siemens S7-1200 PLC, including integration with and reprogramming of existing Siemens HMI.

600 I/O Count Allen Bradley PLC5 to Controllogix Upgrade
Migrated original PLC5 code into Studio 5000, fixed all migration related plc code errors, made new tasks for analog routines, assigned appropriate scan cycle times, exported HMI tags for bulk tag correction, reassigned communication paths for HMI communications. Wired new control panel for Controllogix L82 PLC and I/O rack, replaced all remote I/O with new POINT I/O and completed subsequent rewiring of remote I/O. Commissioned entire process including integration with customer built MES.

North Capal Seperation Mill SCADA Project.
Due to expansion at ILUKA’s NCSM facility there was a need to develop new screens to add to the existing SCADA system. Scadalectric Automation developed the additional screens, alarms,trends, pid tuning face plates, added tags and integrated them with the existing screens for the new section of the plant. The SCADA system was integrated with Schneider Modicon Quantam PLC’s. Scadalectric Automation was selected for this project because of our intimate knowledge and experience with SCADA systems and industrial automation.
