Waste Water Treatment Plant and Upstream Machinery Integration

Integrated 3 standalone machines and a waste water treatment plant into a fully operating process plant. Using TIA Portal we set up S7 communication between the four plc’s to achieve sequential product transfer via valves and pumps, significantly modified OEM code for all machines to satisfy customer requirements. Built control panel, developed PLC/HMI code for waste water treatment plant including all field instrumentation, calibration, cable tray installation, electrical works and plant commissioning.
